All PYC Awnings products are custom-made according to the measurements, specifications, materials, colors, and options provided or approved by the customer. Because custom products are made specifically for each order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We guarantee that your product will be made according to the specifications and measurements provided with your order. If modifications are required because of measurements or specifications provided or approved by the customer, additional labor, material, and shipping charges may apply. Guaranteed Fit Insurance is available for qualifying curtain enclosures as described below.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly and before making alterations or attempting repairs. We will review the circumstances and work with you in good faith to determine an appropriate solution. Depending on the cause and nature of the problem, possible solutions may include installation assistance, an adjustment, modification, repair, or replacement. Verified manufacturing defects are covered in accordance with the applicable product warranty.
Because of the utmost pride we have in our products, we warrant to the original purchaser that the framework and component parts are free from defects in workmanship and material as long as the warranty remains in effect. The awnings are guaranteed to meet the specifications ordered by the customer. If you are unsure about the size, please call a customer service representative before placing an order.
Cancellations
Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours, any refund will be partial and determined by PYC Awnings based on how far the order has progressed and the costs already incurred for materials, labor, and production. Once production is complete or the order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Verified manufacturing defects are covered for as long as the applicable product warranty remains in effect. Warranty remedies may include repair or replacement of the defective product or component, as determined by PYC Awnings.
Custom graphics, logos, and printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. Digital proofs are provided for customer approval before printing. Approval of the proof confirms acceptance of the artwork layout, colors, spelling, sizing, and design placement.

DO NOT wash Sunbrella or any other fabrics in a washing machine. This will damage the fabrics and void the warranty.
Fenetex® products are rigorously tested and certified using the highest standards for hurricane protection. Our MaxForce™ Hurricane Screens have been tested and certified for the 185mph wind zone meeting or exceeding all local and International Building Codes, including the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, and our One-Track™ insect and shade screens have been tested up to 100mph. We are not responsible to cover damage to the framework or component parts caused by acts of nature. Acts of nature include, hurricane force winds , lightning, snow & ice (heavy loads that are allowed to accumulate and lay on top of the awning), tornado’s, saltwater damage to hardware, fire or damage caused by falling objects such as a tree limbs, etc. If product failure is due to misuse or lack of proper installation and maintenance, warranty will be void. Please take photos after installation. You may send the photos to us to ensure proper installation.
Umbrellas are guaranteed for one full year to be free from defects in original material and workmanship. This guarantee includes the following; Frame, crank, tilt mechanism, housing, rib cleats, valance clamps, cap. This guarantee does not cover the following: Product failure caused by unreasonable use and/or care, acts of nature (i.e. wind/storm damage).
If a defect in the original materials or workmanship occurs during the applicable warranty period, PYC Awnings or the manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no charge.
If a problem occurs after the warranty has expired, you may submit photographs and other requested information for review and request a repair or replacement quote. Many repairs are relatively inexpensive.
Guaranteed Fit Insurance for Porch Enclosure Systems using our Sunbrella Porch Roller Curtains or Clear Vinyl Porch Protection curtains. Enclosures can be used for screened porches, gazebos, restaurant outdoor dining areas, commercial outdoor areas and anywhere you need drop down curtains for protection from the weather.
