The quality of the awning is GREAT, and it was really easy to install myself (the instructions were a big help too).

It’s hard to give a “5” right now as we haven’t been home to install the replacement fabric; however, PYC’s website was very helpful in ordering the fabric recommended for our Sunsetter.

The fabric is thick and beautiful. It was easy to replace. It took about 30 minutes for an old couple.
