We custom-make replacement fabric covers for Sunsetter® awnings, for all models including Lateral Arm, Oasis and XT models. Each fabric is tailored to your specific awning size and model, ensuring a perfect fit that’s ready to install. Our Sunsetter replacement fabrics are available in Acrylic Solar Pro®, Sunbrella®, and Coastline Plus® — three premium materials designed for long-lasting beauty and durability:
Acrylic Solar Pro® and Sunbrella® are high-quality woven acrylic fabrics known for fade resistance, breathability, and UV protection, backed by a 10-year warranty.
Coastline Plus®, a vinyl-laminated polyester, is specifically recommended for Sunsetter XT awnings. Since XT models have a lower pitch, they can retain water when not angled for runoff. Coastline Plus® offers exceptional water resistance, strength, and easy cleaning, making it the best choice for these awnings.
Every fabric cover is sewn with Tenara® thread by GORE®, which includes a lifetime warranty. This premium thread won’t weaken or rot from sun exposure, ensuring your seams remain strong and secure for the life of your awning.
