We use heavy 20–30 gauge marine-grade clear vinyl selected for optical clarity and cold-weather flexibility. Panels are heat-welded at the seams instead of needle-stitched to reduce leak paths and extend service life. These panels block wind, rain, and cold while preserving your view — ideal for extending porch and patio use well beyond summer.

Our shade systems utilize high-performance Textilene® mesh fabrics that reduce heat load and glare while allowing airflow and visibility. This is an excellent solution for sun-exposed decks, western-facing porches, and outdoor dining spaces that need cooling without sacrificing openness.

All panels are fabricated with reinforced hems, marine binding, corrosion-resistant grommets, and secure tie-down options for wind stability and seasonal flexibility.
Retractable Awning Replacement Fabric — Built the Right Way
If your awning frame is still structurally sound, replacing the fabric is often the smartest upgrade. PYC Awnings manufactures custom retractable awning replacement covers for nearly all major brands, including SunSetter®, Eclipse, KE Durasol, Sunesta, Aleko, Aristocrat, Eastern, Solair, Sunflexx, and more.
We do not use economy thread or shortcut construction. Every cover is sewn with lifetime Tenara® GORE™ thread, and center seams are heat-welded to prevent water intrusion and premature seam failure. Each replacement cover includes a new spline sewn directly into the hem, allowing the fabric to slide smoothly into existing roller and front bar tracks for proper tension and alignment.
Sunbrella Fabric is solution-dyed for superior fade resistance, maintaining color integrity even under constant UV exposure common along the Jersey Shore and open backyard installations. Customers receive detailed measuring support and installation guidance to ensure accurate fit and long-term performance.
