Every cover is fabricated using solution-dyed acrylic Sunbrella® fabric, lifetime Tenara® GORE™ thread, and heat-welded center seams for superior seam integrity and long-term color stability. Each replacement includes a new spline sewn directly into the hem, allowing smooth installation into existing roller and front bar tracks for accurate tensioning and alignment.
