Sunsetter 1000XT Replacement Fabric
We custom make new replacement covers to fit the Sunsetter® brand 1000XT awnings. The covers are sewn and ready to be installed and come complete with a new valance. We use Coastline Plus Marine Grade Vinyl- 5 year warranty. The thread is Tenara®, made by GORE® and comes with a lifetime warranty so there are no worries with seams coming apart from sun rot. The awning leaks in the seams other than that it’s heavy made. For the money wish it didn’t leak. My old sunsetter was 16 years old before it finally gave out. I would rate 5 stars if it would keep my porch dry. I can see daylight thru each hole in the stitching in the seams.

Hi Christopher- I am sorry to hear that you have some leaks. The center seams are all heat welded and not sewn, so they should not leak as there are no stitch holes. Please send photos of the issue and I will find a solution for you.
