2. Fill form with your measurements.
3. Save Form – “Save As” and rename. i.e. – Sandyp Curtain #1
4. Email [email protected] and attach all forms to email.

Download Door Panel FormChoose from 3 different fastening options;

	Marine Dot Snaps installed on the panel with wood screw studs provided to install on door frame.
	Marine Dot Snaps installed on the panel with adhesive backed screw studs provided to stick on the door frame.
	Marine Velcro sewn on the panel with adhesive backed Velcro provided to stick on the door frame.
