Each cover is fully sewn and comes complete with a new valance, so your outdoor space looks refreshed and stylish immediately.
We use only the best materials for our Sunsetter replacement fabric, including Acrylic Solar Pro® and Sunbrella® fabrics, both known for their superior durability, UV resistance, and vibrant colors. These fabrics are backed by a 10-year warranty, giving you peace of mind that your awning will withstand sun, rain, and the elements for years to come.
Our stitching is done with Tenara® thread, made by GORE®, which comes with a lifetime warranty. This ensures that seams remain strong and resistant to sun rot, so you never have to worry about fraying or failure. The combination of premium fabric and industry-leading thread guarantees that your replacement Sunsetter® awning cover is built to last.
For Sunsetter XT® models, we recommend using Coastline® fabric. XT awnings can hold water if a leg isn’t dropped or if they do not have adequate pitch, so selecting the right fabric is essential. Coastline® is specifically engineered for outdoor exposure and will not stretch if water pools on top of the awning, ensuring your XT awning performs safely and effectively in any weather. *Sunbrella fabric available for XT Models upon request.
