Because of the utmost pride we have in our products, we warrant to the original purchaser that the framework and component parts are free from defects in workmanship and material as long as the warranty remains in effect. The awnings are guaranteed to meet the specifications ordered by the customer. If you are unsure about the size, please call a customer service representative before placing an order. Sunbrella Fabric® is warranted for five years against fade, rot and mildew. Framework is warranted for five years and the thread for a period of three years. We are not responsible to cover damage to the framework or component parts caused by acts of nature. If you are not completely satisfied with your awning purchase, after installation, call for a return authorization. Proof of Installation will be required.

Umbrella Frame Warranty
Umbrellas are guaranteed for one full year to be free from defects
in original material and workmanship.
This guarantee includes the following:
Frame, crank, tilt mechanism, housing, rib cleats, valance clamps, cap.
This guarantee does not cover the following:
Product failure caused by unreasonable use and/or care,acts of nature (i.e. wind/storm damage).
If a defect in original material or workmanship does occur during the warranty period: PYC Awnings and the manufacturer will repair or replace,
at its discretion, the product without charge.
If a problem occurs after the warranty period you may request a repair or replacement quote upon inspection of the damage.
Freight charges both ways will be the customers responsibility after the warranty period expires.
