Standard Shipping is Free!

Our estimated shipping time for PYC Windows & Door Awnings, Porch Roller Curtains and Porch Valances is 4 to 6 weeks.

The Umbrellas and Sunflexx® Patio/Deck Retractable Awnings ship within 2-3 weeks.

Our Standard Free Shipping Policy is for UPS Ground shipments only. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska must go UPS 2nd Day Air. An additional charge will be added to these orders for 2nd Day Air charges. Most products are shipped via UPS Ground. Large items that exceed UPS limitations are shipped via freight carrier. Freight carrier is usually to your front door. If you require an unusual delivery, such as carrying freight upstairs, there may be a surcharge charged to you by the freight carrier. Standard shipping is considered to be a direct point serviced by the carrier. Any additional cost to have freight reach its final destination will become the responsibility of the customer.

Inspect all shipments and note any damage to the carrier (freight company or UPS) and PYC Awnings immediately. Open all packages upon receipt to determine that all materials are included. Any missing items need to be reported ASAP. A replacement cost to the customer will be charged on missing items reported after 30 days of shipment.
