Our discount patio covers are quality awnings and include a motor and remote! The frame is a cassette style which protects the awning in the retracted position. Our warranty is a 5 year non-prorated warranty. Some warranties are prorated, which will cost you money for any parts and labor if any repairs are needed. Not Ours! In the unlikely event it needs repairs or replacement during the warranty period- it’s covered- it’s that simple. (shipping both ways not included)
